1. What services are included in your valet package?

The valet package includes signage and parking lot organization/management. Please note that only cars parked with the valet service are covered under our insurance. We do not manage or take responsibility for cars that are not parked with us.

2. How many valets will be present at the event?

There will always be a minimum of two valets present. However, the number of valets depends on the guest count and location. Larger events and those with more challenging parking conditions will have additional staff. If the parking lot is a far distance from the event, more valets will be assigned to reduce wait times.

3. What are the cost of valet services?

The valet service is charged at a flat rate per hour per valet. The final quote depends on the guest count and event location. If there is a significant decline in the expected guest count before the event, it is easy to adjust the number of valets accordingly

4. What measures do you take to ensure vehicle safety?

Yes, vehicles parked by our valet service are covered under our insurance. However, vehicles in the lot that are not parked by us and not damaged by us are not covered. Additionally, our insurance covers property damage for the lot we are parking on. This ensures both guests and hosts have a clear understanding of the level of coverage and protection provided.

5. How do you handle special requests or requirements?

Yes, special requests are always welcomed. Valets often park high-value vehicles near the front, close to the podium, to ensure their safety. Our valets are considerate and embody Southern hospitality. They will go the extra mile to assist anyone in need of special attention. Additionally, they are happy to retrieve items from parked vehicles so guests don’t have to walk back to their cars.

6. What is your policy on vehicle damage or accidents?

Clients can be reassured that any potential issues will be handled promptly and professionally. In the event of an incident, we will conduct an investigation, gather the owner’s insurance information, and immediately contact our insurance provider. 

7. What makes Shreveport Valet stand out from other valet services?

There is a minimum requirement of two valets for four hours for all events. While we have provided service for as long as eight hours at events like Christmas in the Sky, there is no maximum limit on service hours. Please note that we will travel up to two hours from Shreveport/Bossier and a travel fee will apply for events outside this area.

8. What is your dress code or uniform for the events?
To ensure that the valet staff presents themselves in a manner consistent with the event’s formality, all valets are required to wear their uniform shirts paired with either black pants or shorts and black tennis shoes. They also have hats and jackets as part of their uniform.
